About Le Shrimp Noodle Bar Irvine Spectrum
Located at 705 Spectrum Center Dr, Irvine, CA 92618, Le Shrimp Noodle Bar Irvine Spectrum operates as a chinese restaurant serving Irvine in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as noodle shop, ramen restaurant, singaporean restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Irvine; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (949) 932-0287. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is leshrimpnoodlebar.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 179 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Irvine is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Irvine follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

after trying their location in south coast plaza, i had to try their irvine spectrum location!! luckily the hainan chicken rice and singaporean laksa weren’t sold out, and the hainan chicken rice was def the show-stealer. service was nice and the food was great!

I’m really pleased with Le Shrimp Irvine. Their Hainanese chicken rice is the best I’ve had locally so far—the rice was flavorful, the ginger sauce was excellent, and the broth was rich, though slightly on the salty side. My only disappointment was the chicken. I’m not really a fan of plain breast meat; I prefer the bone-in breast and drumstick pieces with skin, which I was told was an option. I was also informed they were out of the skinless breast meat, so I expected to receive the bone-in option I had ordered, but I still ended up with breast meat. Overall, I’d rate the Hainanese chicken rice a 4.0. It tastes very authentic, with that Malaysian/Singaporean style I really enjoy. I also tried the Shrimp Broth Trio Noodles with veggies, prawns, prawn balls, and wontons, and I loved the shrimp flavor. The broth reminded me of the Har Mee soup base I’ve had before, but with a richer, creamier, ramen-style twist. The fusion works well, and the flavor was delicious, but with a bowl packed with noodles, shrimp, wontons, and toppings, it became a bit too rich by the end. I would personally prefer it a little lighter and more brothy, but overall it was still very satisfying. I’m excite

It didn’t hit as hard as it did the first time I ever had it at South Coast Plaza, but the broth was still very shrimpy and rich. The shrimp ball and wontons are standout, filled with the sweet shrimp paste. The wide noodles were alright. This location is way less crowded than the SCP location during its heyday; not sure if it’s still like that there.

Really great noodle restaurant specializing in shrimp. The soup has so much shrimp flavor, they really have perfected their craft. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food is very delicious and well presented. Interior is clean and beautifully decorated.

Le Shrimp Noodle Bar, located in the Irvine Spectrum mall, is a great spot to enjoy a meal while shopping. The modern and clean interior adds to the pleasant dining experience. The restaurant specializes in shrimp-based dishes, offering a variety of shrimp noodles and other shrimp dishes. The kitchen is open with transparent glass walls, so you can watch the chefs prepare your food, which is quite interesting. The best menu item, the Shrimp Noodle, has a broth that really brings out the shrimp flavor. However, the taste might be a bit too subtle for some, especially when compared to Pho, which I personally find more flavorful. The shrimp are medium-sized, plump, and have a nice chewy texture. The fish cakes with fish roe and shrimp balls are also great, with a good texture. The noodles are soft yet have a nice bite to them. One downside is that there is no physical menu, and you need to scan a QR code to place your order on your phone. This can be inconvenient, especially for older customers, as it doesn’t allow for easy access to menu details or customized orders. Additionally, while tipping is mandatory at more than 18%, I feel this is a bit unreasonable. Overall, the staff
